Moree is serviced by all major forms of  transport, including rail, plane and coach.  Moree is also an important staging point for those travelling to far west Queensland and the Northern Territory. The road to St George is now sealed all the way and will save  90 minutes on the traditional route via Goondiwindi if you go via Mungindi.
